The Rio Hondo Condo's are located along the Rio Hondo River in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. We are located directly across from the Children's Center and the Ruggeli Lift that you can ride up and ski over to the main lifts during the winter ski season. The complex is made up of three buildings each with rental and non-rental units. Building #1 is where the office, hot tub, dry sauna and laundry facilities are located. All units are individually owned and furnished, with many units having just been renovated.
The Rio Hondo Condominiums provides firewood and fire starter at no charge for those units that have a wood burning fireplace. If you do not have a wood fireplace, your unit is equipped with a gas fireplace that is regulated on the opposite wall in the living room.
Each unit has satellite DISH TV as well as high-speed wireless internet service.
There is a large outdoor hot tub as well as a dry sauna that you are able to access with your room key. The hot tub/sauna and laundry facility are for the Rio Hondo Condos guests or homeowners only. The laundry facility is located on the lower level in bulding #1 and we provide detergent and dryer sheets. The laundry room is locked at 9 PM.
